Or, malgré plusieurs sollicitations de notre équipe afin que vous libériez la chambre, celle-ci n’a pas été rendue dans les délais prévus. Le départ tardif a donc entraîné l’application de frais, conformément à notre politique de l’hôtel. Ces frais ne sont en aucun cas appliqués de manière arbitraire ou uniquement à certains clients : ils sont les mêmes pour tous les clients qui ne respectent pas l’horaire de check-out et nécessitent une intervention de notre équipe.
