Esperienza pessima: servizio e pulizia ben al di sotto delle 3 stelle Soggiorno da dimenticare in questo hotel a Cannes. La struttura e il servizio non corrispondono affatto alle 3 stelle dichiarate: Igiene e dotazioni: In camera c'era un solo asciugamano a testa, da usare sia per il viso che per la doccia. Assente persino il sapone per le mani. Doccia piena di muffa. Problemi tecnici e manutenzione: La scheda/chiave non attivava la corrente elettrica (abbiamo dovuto inserire due tessere contemporaneamente per far funzionare le luci). Aria condizionata guasta: L'aria condizionata non ha funzionato per due giorni consecutivi. I tecnici sono intervenuti solo di sera, limitandosi a un'occhiata superficiale senza risolvere nulla. AVOID!!!! Besides the great location being steps away from the train station and centrally located overall, this hotel has nothing going for itself. Paper thin walls and you can hear everything. After a quick and simple 10 minute shower, i come out to notice water everywhere. Seems to be a problem in France as this is not the first hotel that had drainage issues, but I did not notice the water that was leaking our from the shower. To top it off the shower door does not even close all the way. Saving grace was the sweet lady at the reception who graciously kept our bags and was even kind enough to have them brought directly to our room. Mit Abstand die schlimmste Hotelerfahrung, die wir je gemacht haben. Die hygienischen Zustände waren absolut schockierend. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel auf, dass offensichtlich kaum oder gar nicht gereinigt worden war. Das Badezimmer war verschmutzt, überall befanden sich Flecken, Staub und Schmutz. Die Dusche und die Toilette wirkten ungepflegt und unhygienisch, sodass wir sie nur ungern benutzt haben. Auch das Bett machte keinen sauberen Eindruck, wodurch wir uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts unwohl gefühlt haben. Für ein Hotel ist so ein Zustand schlicht untragbar. Sauberkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein, doch hier war davon nichts zu erkennen. Nach nur einer Nacht haben wir unseren Aufenthalt abgebrochen und uns sofort ein anderes Hotel gesucht, obwohl wir eigentlich deut…

Meget dårlig oplevelse. Værelset lugtede grimt, ligesom gangarealerne også lugtede. Badeværelset var i meget dårlig stand og ikke rengjort. Safety-boksen virkede ikke. Jeg fik stjålet min pung med personlige kort og kreditkort fra værelset.

Tout est petit dans cet hôtel, mais agréable pour 1 nuit.

Camere trascurate, poco curate. Posizione molto comoda e personale gentile (in particolare la signora alla reception!).

Service was rude, or sometimes non-existent. There was an odd smell in the corridors too! The room wasn’t well cleaned, and when we checked in there was dirt on the bathroom floor… It’s in a perfect location, but not a very pleasant hotel. The only good thing was the big bed, and it was very comfy too. If you’re looking for a 1 or 2 night stay in a good location, but don’t care about service, this place is fine. Although I think it was overpriced

цей готель гірший серед тих, де ми зупинялися у Каннах. із плюсів: ліфт та локація. але готелів зі схожею локацією в Каннах повно. замовляла кімнату з балконом. в Booking - підвищення категорії для мене безкоштовно. ні балкона, ні підвищення. здалося, навпаки, пониження категорії. кімната десь в мансарді. коли я замовляла кімнату на сайті, було ще 6 вільних. тож, вибір був. але...нас поселили в "шпаківню". не раджу цей готель!!!

Super hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de Cannes ! Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, que ce soit à l’accueil ou en salle, avec un vrai sens du service. Les chambres sont confortables et parfaitement à la hauteur des attentes. Je recommande à 100 % sans hésitation !

Very difficult to reach by car, parking is expensive and beds are very uncomfortable. Rooms are tiny. Breakfast offering for EUR 13 /person was very basic. Pro - great location next to lots of shopping and restaurants

Esperienza terribile. Sebbene la posizione ottima, ci siamo dovuti confrontare con poca pulizia, bagno piccolissimo e senza finestra con il sistema di aerazione rotto che ci ha costretto a usarlo con la porta aperta, visibili muffe sulle pareti e negli angoli della doccia. Avendo segnalato il disagio , inizialmente ci hanno offerto una colazione per poi annullarla al momento del check out. Infatti hanno poi preteso il pagamento e quel che è peggio non da noi ma dai nostri amici che sono andati via 3 ore dopo di noi , dicendo che noi eravamo andati via senza pagare 21 euro e dicendo che loro non potevano lasciare l’hotel senza pagare questo presunto debito. Je tenais vraiment à remercier la réceptionniste de l'hôtel qui nous a reçu avec une grande gentillesse. Nous avons passé une nuit en famille, la chambre est propre, aucun bruit à l'extérieur. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Je recommande merci à toute l'équipe

Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Villa Tosca di Cannes e la mia esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. La posizione è davvero strategica: a due passi da Rue d’Antibes e dalla Croisette, quindi perfetta per chi ama lo shopping o desidera vivere l’atmosfera elegante della città. Anche il Palais des Festivals è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi, così come la stazione ferroviaria e numerosi punti di ristoro e svago. Le camere non sono sempre molto grandi, ma risultano comunque curate e pulite. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: tutti, dal responsabile allo staff, si sono dimostrati cordiali, attenti e disponibili in ogni momento. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto un imprevisto, ma la rapidità e la gentilezza con cui lo staff ha gestito la situazione sono state davvero encomiabili…

Pareil que certains autres avis c'est près de la gare, un lit basique, couvertures,chambres salle d'eau pas propre. Les rideaux transparent du coup même la nuit c'est très éclairé et je ne parle pas du bruit du dessus on entend vraiment tout conclusion parfait pour une nuit blanche
