Hôtel Festival Cannes à Le tourisme sur la Côte d'Azur

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel magnifique, situé dans un très bel endroit. L’accueil est particulièrement chaleureux, l’équipe est à l’écoute et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont confortables, climatisées et parfaitement équipées. Tous les services nécessaires sont proposés pour passer un séjour agréable et reposant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour la qualité de son accueil.

Date of discovery of the incident : 01/08/2026 Description : I came a week ago with my son to this hotel everything was all good air conditioning working nice receptionist and we stayed in Room number 6 so when i came again this week i wanted the same room since it was available . So then we booked with Room number 6 then when we arrived at the hotel they said the room isn’t ready and that it’s reserved and gave us Room number 14. We didn’t like Room 14 because it was small. Then they gave us Room 15, we asked if the room had good air conditioning. They said yes it does. We turned it on and no air came out so we told them. They said Oh the gas is old so it’s not working properly and the only thing working is the fan. So we turned on the ac went out for three- five hours and came back. Whe…

Ok so the rooms are average and service is poor, they are polite but complain about many things like making noise when you are talking normally because i guess walls are paper thin and we couldn't get bowls for our dog although we paid 25€ per night for him. But the location is perfect and the price very good for the location. So it might not be a nice hotel but it is a great value. There is no parking, just a drop off but there is a paid parking near by, however careful it can be full. One nice thing: right outside the hotel there is a small snack which serves excellent breakfast. Do not take the hotel breakfast. Go there. If you want a great location for a fair price it is a good choice.

Had a great experience in this hotel, stayed for 10 days and was able to interact with every employee, everyone was super friendly and even though sometimes there was a language barrier they would always strive to do the best they could with a smile on their faces. The rooms are good for what you’re paying, comfy bed, quiet but powerful A/C, good shower, good amount of electric outlets, nothing fancy but gets the job done. I highly recommend this place!

Expérience déplorable avec cet hôtel à Cannes. Le veilleur de nuit était compréhensif et m’a demandé de rappeler le lendemain pour parler à un responsable, mais la collègue un peu âgé à l’accueil a été extrêmement malpolie, m’a raccroché au nez et a manqué de respect. Elle s’est aussi montrée désagréable avec le service Agoda. À éviter absolument.

After a nightmare trying to do AirBnB that had no AC during a heat wave this hotel was the savior of my trip. The staff was super nice, the rooms were icey cool to beat the heat, and they gave me free waters to cool down :) Perfect location close to everything but still quiet.

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży i najważniejszych miejsc. Pokój wystarczająco przestronny i czysty, łazienka czysta. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecam!

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a un petit moment et je réalise seulement maintenant que je n’avais jamais laissé de commentaire… Il le mérite pourtant largement !! L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue d’Antibes et de la Croisette. Mais ce qui m’a surtout marquée, c’est l’accueil : le personnel a été exceptionnel, à la fois attentionné, chaleureux et vraiment aux petits soins. ❤️ J’ai fait de nombreux hôtels, mais je ne me suis jamais sentie aussi bien accueillie. ❤️ On sent que tout est fait avec goût et soin, jusque dans la déco. Personnel agréable et sympathique, hôtel très bien placé en revanche, c'est un hôtel vieillissant. On rencontre des mauvaises odeurs dans la sdb, on voit que l'étanchéité de la baignoire est retouchée très grossièrement. Les lits grincent au moindre mouvement, la tête de lit surtout, une horreur. En revanche la literie est confortable. Des points positifs et négatifs, mais pour notre part c'était juste pour une seule nuit donc très bien pour dépanner.

!!Horrible hotel!!! Horrible experience. Very rude people specially at the reception. Be aware of this hotel in particular, they will take your payment and leave you out on the streets if possible. First time i’ve experienced this situation with an abusive and aggressive management towards clients., no wonder why the hotel is falling apart. With so many options around, there’s no reason to stay on this crappy —wanna be hotel!! You have been warned!! Stay away or be robbed.
