Very bad service!!!

10h de route depuis Paris, et pour seule réponse une chambre annoncée trois heures plus tard. Je demande l’accès à la piscine ou au spa en attendant : Refusé. Ni alternative, ni geste, ni excuse. Juste la porte. Ouvrir un transat à un client qui a déjà tout réglé ne coûte rien. Le refuser coûte cet avis.

Sonia, one of the reception staff and of Arab origin, was exceptionally professional, helpful, and welcoming. She made everything much easier during my stay in Cannes and was always willing to assist guests. If I return to this hotel, one of the main reasons will definitely be Sonia. The rooms were also very clean and surprisingly spacious, especially compared with many other hotels in Cannes. The location is excellent, just behind the Marriott and only a one- or two-minute walk from La Croisette. A small point of improvement: some of the daytime reception staff could be a little more welcoming. I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I contacted the hotel after realizing that I had left my AirPods in the room. They confirmed that they had found them, and we agreed that they would ship them to my address, with me covering the shipping cost. I was told that they would send me a payment link for the shipping fee. It has now been a full week, and despite repeatedly calling the hotel and sending emails, I have received no response or update. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially since they had already confirmed that my belongings were found and that they would arrange the shipment. Prima hotel wel wat gehorig maar vlak bij la Croisette. Met een heerlijk ontbijt voor niet veel geld vergeleken met andere hotels in Cannes.

Hôtel super bien situé à quelques pas de la rue d'Antibes et à 10mn à pieds de la gare Eviter les chambres qui donnent côté rue elles sont très mal isolées Autrement la chambre standard est de belle taille et la salle de bain très agréable Le linge de bain est de très belle qualité Possibilité de laisser vos bagages à l'accueil. Le tarif de la nuitée est raisonnable, il démarre à 180€ avec petit-dejeuner Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Il est complet, varié avec des produits de belle qualité Je n'y passerai pas une semaine mais c'est un très bon hôtel pour un court séjour

Very nice hotel with very nice people, all of them. Perfect location in Cannes as within easy walking distance of many of the restaurants, bars, and beaches as well as the Congress Center - but also two blocks back from the beach and not very close to the main shipping street (Rue d'Antibes) so as quiet a location as possible in Cannes. Favor a room overlooking the outdoor Mondrian Hotel parking lot as those rooms will be the most quiet. My only warning: the glass door of the in-bathtub shower is not sized for a person of my size (1.95m or 6'5") so plan on having to dry the floor a bit. That said, the housekeeping staff are very nice and gladly supply a few extra bathmat towels if needed.

Bel hotel al centro di Cannes, dietro Rue de Antibes, ottima la colazione, essenziale il garage per chi ha l'auto e devo dire che è la prima volta che le stanza sono più belle dal vivo che su foto. Super consigliato!

We loved our stay for our honeymoon at Hotel Cristal. On arrival, we had some issues with our reservation (not their fault at all) however all the reception staff were willing to help, especially Lena and the manager Evelyn! They were lovely and did everything they could to have it rectified as quick as possible for us. The room was a great size and very clean. We also had access to the spa which we also loved. Great location, mostly walking distance to everywhere.

Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nett und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr sehr klein für alle Leute, daher war es dort sehr eng und unruhig.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Cristal a été très agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la Croisette. Notre chambre catégorie "supérieure" était spacieuse, très bien équipée, très propre, avec un petit balcon. Le Spa est super, au dernier étage, malheureusement les installations de balneotherapie étaient en panne, mais on a pu faire une séance a l'hôtel Eden a 3 minutes a pied et qui a un accord avec Cristal. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel très agréable, disponible et sympathique. J'y reviendrai certainement.

Sauberes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern unweit der Croisette gelegen. Spa mit kleinem Pool, Sauna und Hammam auf dem Dach. Dach-Terrasse mit vielen Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Idéalement situé a deux Pas de la grande rue dAntibes, tout est parfait dans cet hôtel. Nous y revenons depuis 4ans.

Au top, hotel propre, idealement place, les employes sont hyper sympas. Le spa est cool, avec ma femme on a pris un massage avec Virginie et c’etait super. La nourriture y est tres bonne et de qualité. Je recommande.

Ac barely works at full blast and it turns off automatically. I woke up so many times over the night when we brought this to the front desk the woman just dismissed us with “it’s working” worst 2 nights of the trip

Concernant les chambres, elles sont de taille moyenne mais disposent d'un beau mobilier de qualité. Le lit était très confortable et nous avons très bien dormi. En termes de services, l'hôtel dispose d'une petite piscine sur le toit avec vue sur le parking ainsi que d'un spa. Les massages et les soins de balnéothérapie sont proposés, mais ils sont payants. Je trouve que, pour une chambre déjà assez onéreuse, la moindre des choses serait de permettre l'accès à l'ensemble des service…
