Very disappointing experience at this hotel. I was treated very poorly by the staff, particularly by a young blonde woman who wears glasses, whose attitude I found particularly disrespectful. The way I was spoken to was completely inappropriate and truly disappointing. It is a real shame because the hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. I would strongly recommend reviewing the conduct and customer service of your employees, as this kind of behavior gives the establishment a very bad image.
The hotel is very well located just next to the Croisette. There's even a little side sea view from some rooms. Rooms are well equipped and clear, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is quite rich, I really liked it. The beach club belonging to the hotel is very nice, sunbeds are comfortable, service is good and food is amazing. There's only one thing which I found a little bit strange. You can reserve sunbeds at the hotel reception but you cannot charge anything to your room at the beach club, you need to pay everything on the spot. I found it a little bit uncomfortable.

Great location, near to everywhere. Service was also good, staff were friendly abd helpful. The room was a disappointment. It was old and really humid. The balcony didn't have a nice view.

I went to this hotel in April and it was fantastic! The room was very spacious and completely spotless. However, the views weren't the best. I thought the beach was excellent, and the food there was amazing. The staff were great and the hotel breakfasts were good each of the three days we stayed there. Truly a wonderful experience and I will come again.

Fantastic Beach Club and hôtel!
Extremely disappointing experience with the valet manager. I want to make clear that all other hotel staff were professional, respectful, and welcoming; my complaint is specifically about this individual. The night we arrived, reception agreed that I could park and retrieve my own car from the basement, with the key left at reception only for emergencies. The next day, the valet manager refused to give me access to my car unless he personally drove it out. I explained that it is my privately owned, valuable vehicle and I do not allow others to drive it, especially in such a tight parking area. His attitude became aggressive, intimidating, and confrontational. When we said we might contact the Qatari Embassy for assistance, he responded: “Even if you bring the President, the car is not lea…
