A.M.A Selections agence de location de maisons de vacances à Le tourisme sur la Côte d'Azur

A factual record of how A.M.A handled our €2,500 deposit. Dates and documents throughout. 25 July to 1 August, Puglia. Two families, €2,500 deposit, €195 accidental damage waiver. 7 August: A.M.A issues a “final decision” retaining the full deposit. 10 August: A.M.A confirms in writing it is still gathering the documents needed to address our objections to that decision. The largest charge is a €2,500 quotation for complete dismantling of a garden sculpture and replacement of all its handmade elements. A.M.A’s own check-out form, signed by the local team on 1 August, records the damage as “only the bottom”. Their own technical report locates it in the lower portions. The quotation is dated 29 July, three days before the inspection, and was written by the contractor who would be paid under…

⭐ 1/5 A terrible experience from start to finish and a completely ruined family holiday. From day four we were treated as guilty and hounded with aggressive emails for the rest of the week. Two families with five young children spent their holiday drafting responses to accusations instead of enjoying the villa, watching what we touched, photographing rooms before we used them, and feeling as though we were under surveillance in a house we had paid to occupy. AMA backed the villa owner's damage claims from the first email and never once tested them. We asked for the pre-arrival inventory - it took three requests to appear. We asked for the photographic evidence they twice stated they were relying on - it was never produced at all. Mid-holiday they demanded a photograph of our credit card a…

A.M.A Did an amazing job coordinating our Saint Martin vacation! Our villa was absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. The beach was even more Private than we were anticipating. It truly felt like our own beach! The house was a great retreat from the rest of the Island, The gated street and gated driveway were nice as extra security, even though we felt safe the entirety of the trip! We will definitely be back to this villa and book with A.M.A elsewhere as well! Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

We used AMA Selections for two villa stays in Los Angeles and Miami, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. In the lead-up to our arrival, our personal concierge, Zoya, was fantastic—she was incredibly responsive, organized, and made sure every detail was taken care of before we checked in. The level of service from AMA Selections exceeded our expectations, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure both stays were seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend AMA Selections to anyone looking to book a luxury villa and will definitely use them again for future trips.

We took our kids and my Mom to France for two weeks and used AMA for the whole trip - we were VERY impressed. They were extremely organized and great attention to detail~

We had an amazing experience at La Residenza! Emma and Paola did their best to make our vacation a very special moment!

Wonderful experience in Ramatuelle with AMA! We were there for a month with a 2 year old and they made the trip wonderfully smooth (despite air traffic strikes).

They did an amazing job accommodating our needs. The villa was beautiful and in such a sweet, small village that had a stunning view of the tuscan landscape. As will all places there are always chances of hiccups which the host went above and beyond to accommodate the group which I'm very grateful for. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Even with the small challenges I felt they did a great job.

We had a perfect, magical 4 week stay at a villa in Valbonne, France. The AMA team and concierge was flawless from start to finish. If minor miscommunications occurred, they were addressed immediately and professionally. I highly recommend their villas and a la carte activities and services for a once-in-a-lifetime trip.

Great experience. A truly luxury rental.

This was our first time renting a villa thru AMA Selections and we were very pleased with the excellent service received by the AMA staff. We will not hesitate to use AMA Selections in the future.

We stayed at Villa Safi in Marrakech, as a group of 23. The villa was fabulous and the A.M.A. team were incredibly helpful in answering our queries in advance of our stay. The whole team is so courteous and responsive and we are especially thankful to Adriana, Andre and Zoya. We hope to work with A.M.A. again in the future!

Phenomenal house. Even much nicer in reality. I would recommend it to all families looking for a beautiful place with super facilities and stunning view.

Best variety, selections, and top notch service.

The villa we rented through A.M.A. Selections allowed my 3 generation family of 8 to realize a months-long dream vacation in Tuscany. Every step of the renting process was seamless, professional, and rewarding. The villa was everything, even more, than represented in the photos and description. The villa manager was immediately available for all concerns and questions. The villa was elegant and comfortable and provided every member of the family was a happiness that is so rare in group travel. The village was perfect! The children could come and go with a sense of safety and satisfaction. No detail was overlooked. I will return to A.M.A. Selections again, knowing that the travel experience will be rewarding and beyond satisfying. And, yes, affordable for our needs.

We had an incredible week at Palazzo Fiorentino. The villa surpassed our expectations in every way as did the staff and all of the recommended services and excursions. I highly recommend AMA. Walter

Fabulous villa we had the best time

We booked a villa in Valbonne through A.M.A Selections and have been very impressed with the level of service provided to us. The villa was of a really high standard, the A.M.A team made the booking process very straightforward and I loved that extra services were available to book through the team. Checking in and out was seamless, Samantha was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely use the services of A.M.A again in the future
